[ENCI-l] Schulich Student Activity Fund Application Deadline is February 15th.

The SSAF application is online at
http://www.schulich.ucalgary.ca/cgi-bin/SAFMS/login.php. 

 

The online application is a multi-step process.

 

1.       You open an application by logging into the system.  Be sure to
read the policy documents carefully and to provide as much information as
possible.  

2.       Fill in the online form and SAVE it!  You will receive a
confirmation email when the application is saved for the first time.  This
email will tell you what the application is for and what your password is.
You may submit multiple applications (say for a student exchange trip and a
conference) and your password must be unique for each application.  You do
not have to have all of the information on hand when you create your
application and you can revisit the file as many times as you need as you
gather information. 

3.       When the online form is complete and all of the information is
compiled and ready to go, SUBMIT the form to lock the application.  Once the
application is locked, you will not be able to edit it. NOTE: the online
system will go offline at midnight February 14th so you MUST complete the
online application before that time.

4.       Print the locked application and attach any additional documents or
information as required.  Some of these items may include the following
(depending on the application): detailed budget, itinerary, estimates of
airfare/accommodation, confirmation of acceptance to program or conference,
letter of support from the Head of your department (in the case of group
activities).

5.       Submit your completed application NO LATER than 4pm, February 15th,
2008 to ENF 262 or ENC208.  Applications submitted after 4pm will not be
considered in the competition.

 

 

An information session will be held at 5pm on Thursday, February 7th in
ENE328.

 

Remember!  This is a COMPETITION and the SSAF committee is looking for
quality applications.  If you have questions about your activity/application
