If you have received the following email regarding grad pictures - please
note this was not approved by ESS (Engineering Student's Society). We deal
with Ron Docherty and have sign up sheets in the ESS office. And the
pictures we get back from Ron are used in the yearbooks and wall pictures.

I am a representative from the company that has been hired by the
University to provide grad photography services for all graduating U of C
students. I understand there may be another photographer providing his
services to the Engineering students, nonetheless it would be great if you
could please forward the below information (which appears in red) to all
Engineering students that are in their final year or are eligible to apply
for graduation.

We will be photographing on campus for six weeks, starting Feb 4th, so I
anticipate many students will prefer to have their photographs taken with
us as it will accommodate their schedule better.

2008 Grads! Book your grad photo session now!

Professional photographers from The Artona Group, the official graduation
photographer of the University of Calgary, will be on campus beginning
February 4th, 2008 to take grad portraits. All photo sessions take place
in Hamlet Room in The MacEwan Conference and Events Centre. It is
recommended that you book your session now as appointments will fill up
quickly.
