RE: March 8th, 2008 Iron Ring Ceremony

Sign up and ring sizing for the March 2008 Iron Ring ceremony will begin
on Monday, January 21st in the Engineering Undergraduate Office (ENC 204).
Please note that this ceremony is only for undergraduate students who will
complete their degree requirements by the end of August 2008.

The sign-up will be available until Friday, February 22nd. The ceremony,
workshop and luncheon will be held on Saturday, March 8th, 2008 at the
Telus Convention Center.

Please find attached a lit of Frequently Asked Questions regarding the
Iron Ring ceremony and APEGGA workshop/luncheon.

If you cannot make it to our office, you can phone or e-mail us with the
following information so that we can sign-up on your behalf:

1.	Name (how you would like it to appear on your certificate)
2.	Whether you will attend the luncheon and/or workshop
3.	Ring size (you can go to any jewelry store to have it sized
4.	Student ID#


(Please also remember to apply to graduate via your PeopleSoft Student
Center)
