SSE Students:

It is with deep regret that I advise of the sudden passing of Dr. Paul
Lohtia, Coordinator for the Devon Academic Resource Centre.  Dr. Lohtia
joined the Schulich School of Engineering in 1993 in the Department of
Civil Engineering and in 1995 he assumed his current role in DARC where he
became popular with our students who had the opportunity to attend and
benefit from his well prepared tutorials.

A service celebrating the life of Dr. Lohtia will be held on  Saturday,
November 24, 2007 (12:00 noon) at The Calgary Hindu Temple located at 2225
- 24th Avenue NE.  The service will be followed by lunch.  Individuals
wishing to speak at the service may contact Dr. Ramesh Joshi at 288-9248.
