ATTENTION ALL ENGINEERING STUDENTS

If you are interested in earning a complimentary study or two this 
summer AND learning a second language then there a couple of exchange
opportunuties that you should be interested in.
(***Note that the deadlines on any U of C pages have not yet been
updated for 2007 but deadlines are similar from year to year)


*1) HONG KONG*
Learn Putongua and Chinese Culture at Hong Kong Polytechnic University
and earn 1 complimentary study credit
Length of Program: 4 weeks in July followed by an optional 2 week
program in Beijing in August

*2) GERMANY*
a)  STUTTGART May 21 - June 29, 2007
Earn up to 2 complimentary studies for this 6 week program. (civil 
students may earn credit for ENCI 473)
Choose 1 of the elective courses (taught in english) plus german 
language classes.

b) ULM (midway between Stuttgart and Munich)June 1 - July 27, 2007
Earn up to 2 complimentary studies for this 8 week program.
Choose 1 of the elective courses (taught in english) plus german 
language classes.
