[Engg-enci-l] Reappraisal of Final Grade

Hello,

All students may  order their Fall 2006 Final exams  at the
Undergraduate Office EN C204 starting January 15th.  Exams  will not be
given to students until after January 27, 2007 after all of the
Deferred exams have been written. * _The reappraisal deadline for Fall
2006 Final exams is March 1, 2007._*_

*Please note:  We do not have exam copies of your Amat, Math, Physics or
Chemistry courses.  You will need to contact the specific departments if
you wish to obtain exam copies in those courses.*

_The process is as follows:_

Starting the week of January 15th you can order your Fall 2006 final
Exams at the Undergraduate Office ENC 204 for a a charge of $4.00 for
each exam.

Pick up your  final exam copies  after January 27, 2007.  (An email will
be sent out when exams are ready to be picked up.  Please bring your
receipt or have your student ID card at the  time of pick up)

Reappraisal forms can be found at

can obtain a copy at the Engineering Undergraduate Studies Office ENC
204.  You will need to submit the completed reappraisal form along with
the copy of your final exam to the registrars office (info below).

 In the reappraisal of a final grade, the only elements that will be
considered are the grading of the final examination, if any, together
with a recalculation of the weighted components that make up the final
mark.  An exception may occur when an instructor evaluates a piece of
graded term work or other component at the end of the session; that
grade may also be considered in a reappraisal of final grade.  Please
refer to the University Calendar for deadlines for submission of the
reappraisal form.  The final grade may be lowered, raised or may stay
the same as a result of the reappraisal. *A Student may request a
reappraisal of final grade only twice in one academic year (July 1-June 30)

_*Please submit the Reappraisal of Final Grade to the drop box  by the
service stop at the MacKimmie Library block.  It is up to the student to
ensure that all documentation is complete and attached when submitted.
There will be no checks for completion at the time of submission.
Documents will be stamped with the date when dropped off at the service
stop.
