[Engg-enci-l] Open House Volunteers

Hello all Schulich Engineering Students,

I am looking for volunteers for the Schulich School of Engineering Open
House. This will be taking place on March 31, 2007. In case you don’t
know, Open House is an event organized for high school students with early
admission. They will come spend a day at the University. We will show them
presentations from each department, there will be a barbeque lunch and a
presentation with guest speakers.

Time commitment for this event is minimal. I would like to do a brief
training session on Thursday March 29th and then you will be required to
spend the day of Saturday March 31st at the University (8:00am-4:30pm).
Benefits to you? A great Open House t-shirt, a volunteer thank you event,
an experience to add to your list of involvements, and the pleasure of
helping incoming engineering students!

intended department) and if you have previous experience with this or a
similar event. This is a popular event to volunteer with and I will be
giving
preference to students that respond first. Please RSVP by March 9th.
