SNC-LAVALIN AWARD



$2000.00 scholarship plus a competitive student
salary.



The SNC-Lavalin Award Program was created to give students valuable
practical experience under the supervision of experienced engineers.
They offer a combined four-month paid summer position at at a
competitive student salary and a CAN $2000.00 scholarship award
upon completion of the work term.

-A one-page covering letter explaining your interest in the award



The deadline has been extended to February 20, 2007.



Qualification criteria:


  Be a full-time student
  Have an excellent academic record (minimum gpa average equivalent
to an 80%)
  Have completed, by May of this academic year, at least half the
number of credits required in their undergraduate engineering program
  Be fluent in English (additional languages are an
asset)Demonstrate leadership qualities and good communications skills
  Be available to work over the designated summer term
  Be a citizen or landed immigrant of the country in which the
hiring office is located
