Welcome back! We hope you had a great summer.
Important Info on Course Registration and Faculty regulations:
Each student is personally responsible for the continuing
completeness and accuracy of his/her course registration. Students are
expected to maintain full-time registration while registered in the
Faculty, i.e. three half courses in each of the Fall and Winter
sessions. Students who fail to maintain full-time registration may be
required to withdraw or they may lose their space in their degree
program. Students must register in all lower level courses first
before registering in higher level courses.
For normal advancement towards the degree, students mus register in
courses directly applicable to the degree program in which they are
registered and must maintain satisfactory performance in their
programs. Specific regulations for the Schulich School of Engineering
are listed on pages 180 - 181 of the University of Calgary
2006/2007 Calendar or at:
http://www.ucalgary.ca/pubs/calendar/2006/what/fac/EN/faculty_regulations.htm
Students are advised to read and consider all regulations and if in
doubt as to precise meaning of any statement or regulation, please
consult
with the Undergraduate Studies Office ENC 204.
Please check your fall timetables prior to classes commencing next
week to confirm your course schedules.
Students who were not admitted to a program and have registered in
department specific courses will be removed from those courses.
We look forward to seeing you next week.
