The CSCE Calgary Section would like to invite you to a special
presentation on "Infrastructure Capacity Building" as part of their
National Lecture Tour. The presentation will be held on Wednesday at the
University of Calgary Rozsa Center between 8:30 and 10:30. This event is
free for students and refreshments will be provided.

Mr. Alan Perks, P.Eng., is a Director with R.V. Anderson Associates
Limited. He has both domestic and international experience in developing
and managing civil infrastructure systems. The National Lecture Tour is
