Hello Engineering Undergraduate Students,

Students who want to apply for SECOND YEAR PROGRAMS, MEED, CHANGE OF 
PROGRAMS (within Engineering) and ENGINEERING MINORS will sign up via 
myUofC portal *starting APRIL 3, 2006.*

* If you have not been using /myUofC portal,/  go to
  https://my.ucalgary.ca and click on the "Register for an eID to access 
MyUofC " link
  to follow the step-by step instructions.

MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAMS WILL BE 
LISTED ON THE ENGINEERING WEBSITES BELOW:
First Year students:

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR PROGRAM SELECTION ON-LINE IS _*APRIL 28, 
2006*_. Failure to do so may result in your not being admitted to a  
program of your choice.

Please print a copy of your ranking/selection once you have submitted 
your  application and keep the printout for your records.

* VERY IMPORTANT - You must press "submit" after you have completed
  your ranking, otherwise the information you have entered will be lost.

_**PLEASE DO NOT APPLY ON THE UNIVERSITY INFONET SYSTEM_*_. If you have 
applied via  the Infonet already please cancel the application as soon 
as possible.  You will not be able to cancel the application after March 
31st.  You must cancel the application and re-apply on the Engineering 
Program Selection (EPS) via myUofC portal within April.  Failure to do 
this will  result in your not being placed in a program in May.

Please note that the steps to access Engineering Program Selection system:

1. Sign on to "myUofC" portal at https://my.ucalgary.ca
2. On the left hand column, within "Navigation Manual" click on "Student 
Services and Registration",
3. then click on "Student Registration and Applications",
4. then select "Engineering Program Selection"
5. Make sure you read through information on EPS home page before you 
rank/select programs/minors
* *VERY IMPORTANT* - You must press "*submit*" after you have completed 
your ranking/selection, otherwise the information you have entered will 
be lost
