[Engg-enci-l] SSE Open House Volunteers Needed - Sat. March 25!

Schulich School of Engineering Students,

We are recruiting volunteers to assist with the annual SSE Open House 
for grade 12 students.  This is a full day event that sees 250+ 
prospective students come to campus to learn more about engineering and 
get excited about pursuing their studies here.

We are looking for current engineering students to help with a variety 
of tasks, such as registration, prize patrol, fun factor, BBQ, 
directional help for students, assisting with department presentations, 
providing enthusiasm during the day, clean up, etc.

This is a great opportunity to help out and get involved!  Additional 
benefits include morning refreshments, lunch, a great Open House 
t-shirt, and a volunteer thank you event.

Requirements?

Open House volunteers will need to be available on:

(1) Thursday, March 23, 5:00-7:00pm for OH Volunteer Training

(2) Saturday, March 25, 8:00am-5:00pm for the Open House
(the Volunteer thank you will follow at 5:00pm)

If you are interested in participating as an Open House volunteer, 
please email Erin Spate, OH Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible at 
enspate at ucalgary.ca (indicating your first and last name, phone number, 
email address, year and program, and t-shirt size).

We need to fill 30 roles, and regret we will only be able to take the 
first 30 students who indicate their interest in helping out.
