strategies we require on going technical expertise in the following 
areas or disciplines: Reservoir/Exploitation, Drilling, Completions and 
Facilities Engineers.

If you are a recent or upcoming engineering graduate looking for 
challenge and opportunity we invite you to join Direct Energy Resources 
through an exciting new graduate program. You will have the opportunity 
to experience several work rotations in various operational functions 
within Direct Energy's Engineering/Production Operation department . 
Each rotational assignment will last about 6 to 12 months. At the end of 
the two (2) year rotational program you will be ready to join one of the 
varied functional areas in our organization.

You will build your capabilities through experience in a wide spectrum 
of assignments in both the office and field.* *

_*QUALIFICATIONS*_:

          o Recent or 2006 graduate
          o BSc. Engineering Degree
          o Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
          o Exception verbal and written communications skills
          o Valid drivers licence is essential
          o Microsoft Excel,  Access and Outlook are an asset
