[Engg-enci-l] Civil Homeroom Desk Update

Dear Civil Engineering Students,

To insure that the first day of class goes as smooth as possible, on 
Friday, September 9 the CEUS council will be going through the three 
homerooms and removing anything that has been left on or in the desks. 
Please come and clear your desks before this time. Items that are 
removed from desks will be kept in the CEUS store until Friday September 
23, after which they will be discarded. Please see a CEUS member to 
retrieve your items before that day.

Several students have already “chosen” desks in the Civil Engineering 
homerooms by writing their names in chalk on the desks. Desks will be 
assigned on the morning of September 12 on a first come, first serve 
basis. Desks which have already been claimed will be also be cleared on 
September 9.

Finally, desks are only available for students in their third or fourth 
years. Unfortunately, there are not enough desks available for second 
year civil students. Second year students are still welcome to come to 
the welcome back breakfast, to attend frosh week events, and to become 
members of CEUS.
