[Engg-enci-l] Lafarge's Precat Plant

[Raafat El-Hacha]

Hello,

The visit to Lafarge's Precast Plant is confirmed for Wednesday, October
5th. Any one interested can go to the plant any time during the day using
their own transportation. However, Lafarge has made arrangement for a bus to
pick up students from the front of MacEwan Student Centre shortly before
2:00 pm. The bus will leave at 2:00 pm sharp. Please try to get a hard hat
and safety glass from our structures lab or bring your own. Lafarge may be
able to make available a limited number of hard hats and safety glasses. But
do not count on that. The trip will take half an hour each way and the visit
will take one hour. For those using their own transportation, the address
is: 9028 - 44 St SE.
