December 9th - Fall session lectures end

December 9th - The last day to withdraw from Fall session half courses

December 12 - 21 -  Final Exams

*PLEASE NOTE:*

_Deferred Examinations are allowed for the following circumstances ONLY:_

Illness

Domestic Affliction

Religious Conviction

_*Travel arrangements, vacation plans, employment situations and 
misreading of the Final Examination Timetable** are not grounds for 
deferring a final examination.*

*_*Students must notify the department offering the examination within 
48 hours of the missed examination and apply no later than the given 
deadline.

All requests for deferral of a Final Examination due to health reasons 
must be accompanied by a completed Physician/Counsellor Statement form
