Carroll / Fletcher is pleased to announce the launch of a new artist residency award in collaboration with Tsinghua Art & Science Media Laboratory (TASML) in China. 

The call is open to all Chinese artists including nationals from Taiwan, Hong Kong and China living and working overseas. The award provides emerging Chinese media artists with a unique opportunity to undertake research and production in art, science and technology in some of the world's most innovative media art and design laboratories.
