[Emsan-l] EMSAN Panel Discussion at WOCMAT, December 15, 2013

During the WOCMAT 2013, there will be an EMSAN panel discussion. 

The theme of the panel discussion is how East Asian composers be represented on the international stage and what role can EMSAN play, along with various bodies such as JSSA, ICMA, EMAC, TCMA, JSEM, etc.
