Hi everyone,

I have sent this to the Chacmool mailing list as well as to organizers and
volunteers for this past conference (sorry if you get it twice). I am hoping
that many of you will continue your support and help make the 2010
conference a success. The title of the conference will
be: "Archaeology in the Public Zone:  Towards an Accessible Discipline".

The first official meeting will be Friday, December 4th at 2 PM in ES 859.
I am well aware of how busy everyone is at this time of year, so the meeting
will be short and to the point.

The main intentions of this meeting will be to:

- Discuss the roles of all volunteer and advisor positions
- Go over important Conference dates for the next 12 months
- Assign volunteer positions for the most pressing jobs
