Message-ID: Greetings Clubs! Can you believe it's the end of August? We sure can't, but we're excited to welcome everyone back to campus next week! This newsletter will summarize upcoming deadlines, ClubHub log-in info, and some changes we're experiencing: * Having trouble logging in to the new ClubHub? Check out our August 16 newsletter. * Clubs Week sign-up opens on September 2! Find the sign-up under the "forms" tab on ClubHub, or: * Registered Clubs click here. * Prospective Clubs click here. * Clubs Week is September 16-20. This year is the busiest residence move-in ever, so expect lots of new faces looking to join your club! * Have you requested a locker (this form)? Combos will be emailed today (Tuesday at the latest) to the person who made the request and to your club email. * Club insurance is due October 11, but if you're having events before this (especially alcohol-related or off-campus) we ask that you get it done using this form before we can approve your event. We are accepting payments in the main SU office (MSC 251). We understand there's a learning curve with the new ClubHub system, but we're here to help. ClubHub 101 Sessions are mandatory for all clubs to send two execs, and we'll cover everything you need to know about running your club using this new platform. They run Sept 10-12 and Sept 24-27 with a session at Foothills on Sept 23. Find details and RSVP here. Finally, there are some changes in the Clubs Office. First, our favourite ASO, Charlotte, will be back in the office helping to process your requests in September. We will also be welcoming a second ASO, Melia. Be sure to say hi and welcome back! Unfortunately, Trevor is no longer the CSO. Some responses may be delayed, but we are looking forward to welcoming a new CSO in the coming weeks. We appreciate everyone's patience as the Students' Union team works to share the administration of clubs in their absence. Questions? Comments? Concerns?
