Hello,

 

GlobalFest <http://globalfest.ca/> , the last summer fireworks festival celebrated in Calgary before
school starts again. GlobalFest celebrates different cultures and traditions that live peacefully
together in our wonderful city from Mexico to Philippines and Iran. There will be delicious food,
ethnic dance and music, and booths representing various cultures. Firework competitions end the
night every night. You can get the tickets for the first four nights: August 14,16,19 and 21. More
than a 100 thousand Calgarians visit GlobalFest every year. Discounted tickets are available at
CISSA but they go fast.

Discounted GlobalFest tickets is now available in CISSA (Center for International Students) for Aug
14,16,19,21, each ticket for only $8 (the original price is $20).

If more than five members of your club(or their friends) are planning to go please contact the
Persian Gulf Club executive Yasamin Nazari <mailto:ynazari at ucalgary.ca> , to get a better group deal
based on the date and availability of tickets.
