Leadership on Demand

With over 25 workshops to choose from, Leadership on Demand (http://www.ucalgary.ca/leadership/programs/leadershipdemand) offers uniquely tailored training programs for your student team or club. In this exciting program your team will:

- Complete a needs assessment
- Receive leadership content and delivery tailored to the diverse needs of your team
- Conveniently schedule sessions to best fit a time and location for your team

This is an excellent resource to use as you build your team over the summer.

Looking for individual leadership development?

Leadership Advising

If you are interested in developing your individual leadership skills, take advantage of the Leadership Advising (http://www.ucalgary.ca/leadership/programs/leadershipadvising) program. In this unique program you’ll:

- Utilize the StrengthsFinder (http://www.strengthsfinder.com/home.aspx) tool to identify your unique “Top 5” talent themes
- Work one-on-one with a University of Calgary staff member
- Create an individualized plan tailored to your talents and leadership development goals

Whether you’re a leader of a team, a team member, or new to the idea of leadership, you always have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills. Take advantage of these opportunities – the better leader you are, the greater you and your team will be.

All Leadership Advising summer appointments begin May 26, 2014 and will be available in-person, over the phone, or
