[SUclubs-l] Advertising on The Loop

Hello Clubs,

 

As some of you may already know, you can advertise your events on The Loop
in Mac Hall. These are the TV screens that the SU had installed over the
summer. 

 

Here are the rules:

- Club events may be advertised on The Loop (TV screens) two weeks in
advance of the event date. 

- Clubs may advertise a maximum of two events per semester.

 

If your event up on The Loop, please send a high-resolution poster (JPG,
PSD, EPS, or PDF file format) OR a high-resolution wide-screen format
graphic at 1280 x 720 pixels (JPG or EPS file format) to
clubsoff at ucalgary.ca

Be sure to state which club you are from and when the event is.

 

Once approved, it will be put up on The Loop!
