The dates on the last email were incorrect.

 

There are the correct dates:

The One Campus, One Love cultural expo that will be taking place on
Wednesday, MARCH 28th, 2012.

The deadline to submit a request for a performance slot, and to have your
events included in marketing materials is Monday, March 5th

Hey Clubs,

 

As some of you may know, March is Culture Month here at the U of C and your
Students' Union wants to do its part to help out.

 

We are happy to announce the third annual One Campus, One Love cultural expo
that will be taking place on Wednesday, January 28th, 2012.  The event
features a series of performance put together by various clubs to highlight
the cultural diversity we have on our campus.  There are several ways you
can get involved with this event:

.         Clubs are invited to arrange a 10-12 minute performance to be
exhibited in the North Courtyard of MacEwan Students' Centre.

.         If performances aren't your thing, we would like to offer you an
alternative way to show off all of the amazing things your culture has to
offer by providing you with table space to exhibit a display. Groups that
are performing can also set up a display, however as space is limited,
priority will be given to groups not taking to the stage.

 

The SU would also like to help market all of the exciting, independent
events happening on campus throughout the month of March.  If you are
hosting an event aimed at highlighting and embracing the cultures on campus,
please forward us the name, date, and location of your event so that we can
include it on our One Campus, One Love promotional materials.

 

The deadline to submit a request for a performance slot, and to have your
events included in marketing materials is Monday, March 4th. The deadline to
request table space is Wednesday, March 14th. Please send the name of your
club, as well as a name and email address of a contact person to Hannah at
eventsteam at su.ucalgary.ca.
