[CAMUG] Reminder: CAMUG Meeting is January 8th (not January 1st)

Hi Everyone!

Just a happy holiday reminder that the CAMUG meeting for January is
on*Tuesday, January 8th.
* By then I think most of us will be back at school or work, and into the
swing of the new year.

Our confirmed speaker will be Jonathan Rasmusson, who is a local developer
and CAMUG alumni as well.

*Title:* Is your project dead before it's begun?

Projects can be doing everything "right" and still let stakeholders down.

The Agile inception deck is a tool teams can use to get everyone on board
BEFORE projects begin. Over the course of an hour, Jonathan will cover 10
exercises guaranteed to get your stakeholders and teams aligned.

The exercises are simple, and many seem obvious. Yet when applied
collectively, they bring a powerful clarity and focus missing from most
projects.

*Bio:*

Jonathan Rasmusson has been exploring better ways of delivering software
since 1997. He loves seeking out new ways of solving age old problems –
mostly around the very human side of software engineering. Jonathan is a
professional engineer, and holds a Master of Computer Engineering from the
University of Alberta.
